All our crops farming is digitalized as the use of technology to integrate financial and field-level records for complete farm activity management.
Our digital farms are the consistent application of the methods of precision agriculture and smart farming, internal and external networking with all our farms and use of cloud-based data platforms together with collective data.
Data from each plot can be analyzed to provide information on soil, weather, and crop growth patterns to give actionable geographically relevant timely insights to prevent losses and optimize the productivity of each plot on the farm.
Seed selection
Our Seed scientist reserve an appropriate and certified seeds, purchase from trusted national and local suppliers.
Fertilizers
Our Fertilizer scientist determine and decide to process easier by forward planning fertilizer requirements, offering pools as a risk management tool and decide the best time to buy.
Crop protection
Our crops are stored safely in cleaned and dried completely in sunlight as it helps in protecting the crops from fungal growth, which is caused by the presence of moisture, also prevent from common pests and rodents.

Although some of our employees start as seasonal workers, many are asked to stay on after the end of the season and become long term permanent employees. In fact, we have many members of staff who have worked with us for ten years or more. This helps create a supportive environment and a friendly family atmosphere.
High wages can be earned by seasonal workers who are prepared to work hard. Some jobs are paid at an hourly rate but our piece rate system also enables to earn well over the minimum wage.
